Of an aspiring novelist who thinks a certain period in life was the golden era. Then he meets someone from that era who thinks another previous time was golden, coming to the realisation that his own era has some things he couldn’t do without and learns to appreciate it. I’m like that when I look at styles from previous years until I realise how awful it must have been to wear so many layers.
